Excel can open CSV formats with the correct coding with just a few clicks.
1. open an empty Excel document
2. click on the 'File' tab and then 'Import'
3. select 'CSV file' and then click 'Import'
4. select the refund file you have received from us and then click 'Import data'
5. select 'Provide with separator' and 'File extension: Unicode (UTF-8)'
5. in the next window, select 'Semicolon' as the separator
6. finally, select the Amount column and declare it as a text field
7. now click on Finish
The import into Excel is only necessary for correct display and possible further processing. If you import the file directly or open it with the text editor, the data will be displayed directly with the correct coding.
If you would prefer to receive the reimbursement file in Excel format instead of CSV format, please contact us at any time.
