If you cannot redeem your voucher, there could be several reasons for this:
- The codes are case-sensitive. Sometimes a zero looks like an "O" or a capital "i" looks like a lowercase "L".
- Sometimes a space when copying and pasting is also responsible for it not working.
- With some providers, you cannot use the code if your account is paid via third-party providers (e.g. your current Spotify account is billed via Google Play or Apple Pay). If the account runs via a third-party provider, you must cancel your account and open a new account.
- The selected subscriptions and services can be redeemed in the country in which you are resident. Your place of residence will be provided by your employer. We cannot guarantee redeemability for other countries.
