The Hrmony Admin Portal is available to all Hrmony customers. Once your Admin Portal is ready, you will be notified by email and asked to confirm an administrator who will manage the portal for your company.
First-time login
Upon your first login, you will already find all registered employees in the employee overview. Existing configurations – such as the type and balance of the meal subsidy – will be transferred automatically.
Did not receive the registration link?
If you have not received a registration link, even though your company is a Hrmony customer, please first check your spam folder.
Change administrator
You do not have the option to change the administrator yourself. If responsibilities within your company change and another person needs access to the Admin Portal, please contact our Customer Operations Team.
