In addition to managing benefits, you can also adjust your employees' personal data at any time in the Hrmony Admin Portal.
Which data can be adjusted?
Employees are initially created with the following data:
- First name
- Last name
- Employee number
- Email address
For example, if an employee's last name changes or a new employee number is assigned due to a corporate restructuring, you can easily update this data in the Admin Portal.
How to adjust the data
- Select the corresponding employee in the Employee Management.
- Click on the "Profile" tab.
- Click on the pencil icon to start editing.
- Adjust the first name, last name, or employee number and save the changes.
Here you now have the option to adjust the first name, last name, and the employee number.
Note: Email address
The email address is stored once when the employee is created and cannot be changed later by you as an administrator. It is used solely to provide the employee with access to the Hrmony App. If an adjustment is necessary, the employee can change the email address themselves directly in the Hrmony App.
