Once your employer has activated you for Hrmony Vouchers, you can select vouchers every month that will be available in the app from the 1st of the following month.
How to select vouchers
- Log in to the Hrmony app.
- Go to "Overview".
- Select "Vouchers".
- Click on "Set selection".
- Click on "Add first voucher".
- Choose one or more vouchers from our partners' offering.
When are my vouchers available?
New vouchers are available from the 1st of the following month in the Hrmony app. In rare cases, delays can occur – for example if a partner was unable to deliver the vouchers in time or if the employer still needs to top up your credit.
Your available vouchers can be found under: "Vouchers" → "Your Vouchers" → "Month"
⚠️ Important: Vouchers must be selected by the 25th of the current month. After this deadline, no more orders can be processed for that month.
