For employers: how administration works
- Register employees – employees and budgets can be easily managed via the Hrmony admin portal.
- Set the budget – the employer determines the monthly credit per employee directly in the admin portal.
- Create payroll files – all benefits can be managed on one platform and a payroll file can be exported in the desired format.
For employees: how to use it
- Select vouchers – once activated by the employer, employees can choose from over 100 voucher partners and distribute their budget across vouchers and subscriptions.
- Receive vouchers – at the beginning of each month, the selected vouchers are made available directly in the Hrmony app.
- Redeem vouchers – vouchers are immediately available in the app and can be redeemed with the respective partner.
