How to redeem your voucher

Option 1: Online

1. Visit Cyberport – Go to cyberport.de or cyberport.at and add your desired products to the shopping cart
2. Enter voucher code – Enter your code in the designated field during the checkout process

Option 2: By phone

1. Have the voucher code ready
2. Provide the code during the phone order – Share it with the customer service representative

Option 3: In the Cyberport Store

1. Open the voucher in the Hrmony App – Retrieve your code
2. Show the code at the checkout – Present the voucher digitally on your smartphone
3. Balance will be deducted – The voucher value will be deducted from your purchase total
