Where can you find your voucher?
You can find your Eventim voucher in the Hrmony app under Non-cash benefit → Your vouchers. From there, you can easily retrieve the code and redeem it directly.
How to redeem your voucher
- Visit eventim.de and select your desired event.
- Add the tickets to your shopping cart.
- Enter your voucher code in the designated field in the shopping cart.
- The voucher value will be automatically deducted from the total price.
Important notes
- Redeemable online only – The voucher is valid exclusively on eventim.de.
- Validity – The voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
- Multiple vouchers can be combined – You can redeem multiple Eventim vouchers in one order.
- Remaining balance – Any remaining balance stays on the voucher and can be used for future purchases within the validity period.
- No retroactive redemption – The voucher cannot be applied to orders already placed.
- No purchase of additional vouchers – The voucher cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.
- No cash payout – The voucher value will not be paid out in cash.
