Where can you find your voucher?
You can find your OTTO voucher in the Hrmony app under Non-cash benefit → Your vouchers. From there, you can conveniently retrieve the code and redeem it directly.
Redeem online
- Visit otto.de and select items that are sold directly by OTTO.
- Add your desired items to the shopping cart.
- Enter your voucher code in the designated field in the shopping cart.
- The voucher value will be automatically deducted from the total invoice amount.
Important notes
- Only for OTTO items – The voucher is valid exclusively for items sold directly by OTTO. Not valid for third-party sellers or marketplace partners on otto.de.
- Not redeemable on – otto-office.com.
- Validity – The voucher is valid for 3 years.
- No cash payout – The voucher value will not be paid out in cash.
- Loss or theft – OTTO cannot provide a replacement in case of loss or theft. Keep the code safe.
Remaining balance & returns
- Remaining balance – Any remaining balance stays on the voucher code and can be used for a later order until the expiration date.
- Returns – In case of a return, the used voucher amount will be reloaded onto your original code. Therefore, keep your voucher code carefully until you have decided to keep your order permanently.
