Hrmony Gifts is a digital solution on the Hrmony Multi-Benefit platform that allows you to show appreciation to your employees on special occasions in the form of digital vouchers β easily managed through the Hrmony Admin Portal.

How Hrmony Gifts Works
1. Select Gift Type You have two options:

| You choose | You select a specific voucher from the available partner assortment |
| Employees choose themselves | You provide a credit β employees independently select their desired voucher. A service fee applies for this. |
2. Delivery Your employees receive the voucher code or link directly via the Hrmony App.
3. Redemption Redemption takes place directly with the respective voucher partner according to their terms.
For Which Occasions is Hrmony Gifts Intended?
Hrmony Gifts is specifically designed for occasion-related granting. Typical occasions are personal events of employees or their relatives, e.g.:

- π‘οΈ Illness / Recovery
Important: The decision as to which occasion applies and whether it is tax-advantaged (e.g. as a courtesy in the sense of R 19.6 LStR) lies solely with you as the employer.
Tax Classification
Gifts for personal occasions can be granted as tax-free courtesies up to 60 euros gross β provided there is a concrete personal occasion and the gift is given in temporal connection with this occasion.

Which Voucher Partners Are Available?
Hrmony Gifts uses the same verified voucher portfolio as Hrmony Non-Cash Benefits. All vouchers meet the legal requirements for tax-allowable non-cash benefits according to the BMF letter dated 15.03.2022.
Not included in the offer are:
- β Amazon vouchers
- β Multi-shop or wish vouchers
- β Vouchers with too broad a range of use
