New at Hrmony: HelloBonnie by Hrmony
We are expanding our portfolio with the modern HelloBonnie non-cash benefit card. Benefit now from a modular system that combines tax-optimized budgets with the freedom of a Mastercard directly within the Hrmony platform.
1. Assign balance
Before you can pay, make sure your balance is assigned to the correct purpose:
- Brand Spaces – Select the brand where you want to shop (e.g., Deutsche Bahn, Spotify).
- Regional Spaces – Use your balance with all online retailers that accept Mastercard and are located in your chosen region.
💡 Tip: If you forget to assign your balance, it will automatically be assigned to your last selection.
2. Retrieve card details
You can find all necessary data digitally in your wallet:
- Log in to your HelloBonnie Wallet at wallet.hellobonnie.de.
- Click on your virtual smartcard.
- Here you will see card number, expiration date, and CVC security code.
3. Pay in the online shop
- At checkout, choose "Credit Card" (Mastercard) as the payment method.
- Enter your card details: name, card number, expiration date, CVC.
- Confirm the payment.
🔒 Security note: Some payments require confirmation via 3-D Secure. Make sure your mobile phone number is stored in your profile to receive confirmation SMS.
4. Pay subscriptions (Netflix, Spotify & Co.)
You can also use your smartcard for recurring subscription payments, provided the provider supports card payments (Mastercard):
- Enter the card details in your account with the provider as a payment method.
- Make sure there is sufficient balance on the card so the monthly debit can be processed.
Note: Payments by direct debit (SEPA) do not work with the smartcard.
