We are expanding our portfolio with the modern HelloBonnie non-cash benefit card. Benefit now from a modular system that combines tax-optimized budgets with the freedom of a Mastercard directly within the Hrmony platform.
HelloBonnie by Hrmony is a card-based non-cash benefit solution that offers your employees maximum flexibility – with minimal administrative effort for your HR department. The system essentially consists of two components: the HelloBonnie Smartcard for employees and the HelloBonnie Dashboard for employers.

The HelloBonnie Smartcard – for your employees
Employees receive a real Mastercard – virtual or physical – through which they can flexibly use their tax-free non-cash benefit.
- Maximum acceptance: The card is accepted wherever Mastercard is accepted – in physical stores and online
- Individual choice: Employees decide monthly whether to use their balance for a specific brand (Brand Space) or flexibly within a region (Regional Space)
- Easy to use: The card can conveniently be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay
The HelloBonnie Dashboard – for your company
HelloBonnie has its own dashboard that runs separately from the Hrmony Admin Portal. Through this dashboard, you manage all HelloBonnie benefits digitally and efficiently.
- Automation: Budgets are distributed automatically – you can create different employee groups and assign them different benefits
- Self-service: Employees register independently via an invitation link – your administrative effort is minimized
- Integration: Thanks to interfaces and export functions (e.g., for DATEV), HelloBonnie integrates seamlessly into your payroll accounting
Note: The HelloBonnie Dashboard is a standalone tool and is distinct from the Hrmony Admin Portal, through which the other Hrmony benefits (e.g., meal allowance, non-cash benefits via vouchers, mobility) are managed.
