You can find your TUI voucher directly in the Hrmony App under Non-cash benefits → Your vouchers. There you will find your 18-digit code.
How to redeem your voucher
Option 1: Online at tui.com
- Visit TUI – Go to tui.com and select your desired trip
- Enter voucher code – Enter the code in the designated field during booking
- Complete the booking
Option 2: At a TUI travel agency
- Open or print voucher – Show the code digitally in the Hrmony App or hand over a printout during the booking conversation

Redeeming multiple vouchers: After a successful booking, up to 10 additional vouchers can be applied via the TUI online form: 🔗 tui.com/service-kontakt/faq/faq-tui-gutschein
For TUI CARS and TUI CAMPER: Send your voucher code along with your booking reference number by email to: 📧 gutscheineinloesung@tui.de
