Not tied to acceptance points
Unlike traditional paper vouchers, digital meal vouchers are not tied to acceptance points. Employees can buy food or go out to eat anywhere - without having to present a meal voucher at the checkout. All that is needed is a receipt (in paper or digital form). Whether at the supermarket, bakery, restaurant, takeaway or any delivery service, employees simply take a photo of the receipt and send it to Hrmony.
Low effort & easy integration
Employees are registered with Hrmony once to get started. We then take over the entire process. Our Customer Operations team will implement changes to your Hrmony account directly for you. Reimbursements are settled and paid out via a payroll import file directly via the monthly payroll run in a fair and needs-based manner so that only what has actually been used is reimbursed.
Compliance & legal certainty
Every receipt submitted is recorded in a special process, checked for eligibility for reimbursement and then archived. This ensures that only receipts that comply with the applicable payroll tax directive are actually reimbursed - including assumption of liability. A second check by the company or the tax office is therefore no longer necessary. The entire process is also simplified as much as possible for employees, as Hrmony automatically selects what will (and will not) be reimbursed from the submitted receipts down to item level.
