A receipt uploaded via our web app is received within a few seconds with a stable internet connection. If a receipt is successfully uploaded, it receives the status 'In Prüfung' The receipt is then reviewed and archived within the next 24 hours.
If the status of the submitted receipt does not change from 'Hochgeladen' to 'In Prüfung'' within a few hours, it indicates an incomplete transfer. Important: The receipt has reached us, but the status is not updated. Possible causes include an unstable internet connection and closing the app too quickly right after uploading.
To delete the receipts still locally stored in the cache, please follow these steps:
- If you have a shortcut to the web app on your home screen, delete it (this step should be sufficient for an iPhone or other iOS devices; skip to step 4).
- In the browser settings, delete the site data for app.hrmony.de.
- Clear cookies/cache in the browser.
- Visit the site, log in, and check the app.
- If the issue is resolved, re-add the shortcut to the app on your home screen.
