The note “Limit erreicht” means that receipts from this day can no longer be reimbursed because the limit of 15 different reimbursement days has already been reached.
Income tax law stipulates that reimbursement can only be granted on 15 different days per month. Hrmony therefore selects from all submitted receipts and days those that allow the highest reimbursement.
Example:
Receipts were submitted on a total of 16 days in one month. Of these, 15 receipts have a receipt total of €10 and one receipt has a receipt total of €3. The 15 receipts with receipt totals of €10 will be reimbursed.
The order in which the vouchers were submitted or the voucher date is irrelevant for the calculation. If a new receipt is submitted, Hrmony automatically checks whether this receipt can replace another one with a lower amount. If a receipt that has already been submitted has been "sorted out", it is marked with “Limit erreicht”.
