In our experience to date, the following documents may be requested as part of a company audit / social security audit:
- Signed supplementary contracts
- Payslips
- Archived document images
Due to Hrmony's individual document audit, the usual procedure in the cases known to us is that only exemplary documents from one month are requested for one employee and the auditor only carries out a random check, as Hrmony has already carried out a complete audit as a contractual service provider.
