Yes – you can submit multiple receipts on the same day. For example, if you bought food and drinks from different providers.
How does it work?
- The amounts of all receipts for the same day are automatically added up to the maximum daily reimbursement.
- You can also submit receipts from different days retrospectively within the same month.
- An unlimited number of receipts can be submitted per month.
What are the limits?

Note: Duplicate submissions of the same receipt are automatically rejected.
Good to know
The meal allowance can be split across multiple receipts per day – up to the daily reimbursement limit. This ensures you always receive the maximum possible reimbursement.
