Registration and Getting Started
Your employer enrolls you in Hrmony. Subsequently, you'll automatically receive an email at the beginning of each month containing your personalized registration link.
Submit Receipts
You can submit receipts through the Hrmony app or via email. Upon registration, you'll receive an email with a link to the app, where you can use your registered email address to submit receipts for reimbursement.
Dining Out, Snapping a Photo, and Receiving Reimbursement
- Send a photo of your receipt to Hrmony.
- The receipt is captured, verified, and archived.
- You'll receive feedback on your current reimbursement and remaining balance.
The total amount will be reimbursed through your payroll in the following month.
Good to Know
Only receipts from the current month are eligible for reimbursement. Find out which receipts qualify for reimbursement here. You can submit an unlimited number of receipts but can only receive reimbursement for 15 different days in a month. Hrmony automatically calculates the 15 days with the highest receipt totals.
