1. Registration & Getting Started
- Your employer registers you with Hrmony.
- You'll automatically receive a registration email with your personal registration link – usually at the beginning of the month.
2. Submitting Receipts
- Submit your receipts conveniently via the Hrmony App.
- After registration, you'll receive an email with the link to the app.
3. Eat Out, Take a Photo, Get Reimbursed
- Upload your receipt photo in the Hrmony App.
- The receipt is recorded, reviewed, and archived.
- You'll receive confirmation of your current reimbursement and remaining balance.
- The total amount is reimbursed collectively the following month via your payroll.
Good to Know
- 📅 Only receipts from the current month can be reimbursed. Which receipts can be reimbursed
- 📊 You can submit unlimited receipts, but will only receive reimbursement for 15 different days per month. Hrmony automatically calculates the 15 days with the highest receipt totals. Learn more about the limit
