The costs for Hrmony consist of two components: a monthly basic fee and a service fee per active employee. Hrmony is free of charge for your employees.
Cost structure at a glance
| Component | Details |
|---|---|
| Monthly basic fee | Fixed base amount per company |
| Service fee | Per employee who has been assigned a benefit and is not paused |
| Costs for employees | โ None โ Hrmony is free for employees |
| Paused employees | โ No service fee |
| Employees without benefit | โ No service fee |
When is the service fee charged?
The service fee is charged exclusively for employees who:
- have been assigned a benefit and
- are not paused
For paused employees or employees without an assigned benefit, the service fee is completely waived.
Is Hrmony worth it despite the service fee?
Yes. Compared to a traditional salary increase, companies can even save on ancillary wage costs through Hrmony benefits:
- Tax-free benefits such as the meal allowance or the non-cash benefit go directly to employees as a net amount
- Employers avoid employer contributions to social security that would apply with a regular gross salary increase
- Employees receive more net pay without the company incurring proportionally higher costs
