Yes. An individual configuration can be made for each employee in the Hrmony Admin Portal – regardless of the type of employment or working hours.
Individual configuration per employee
You can individually specify for each employee:
- Which benefits are assigned
- The amount of the credit granted
- The form in which the benefit is granted
Examples by type of employment

⚠️ Important: The non-cash benefit must be granted in addition to the salary owed anyway – salary conversion is not permitted here. For the meal allowance, salary conversion is possible. Please clarify the specific design with your tax advisor.
Special features per benefit
Meal allowance The monthly credit is automatically adjusted for part-time employees according to the number of weekly working days. Alternatively, you can also set the credit manually and individually.
Non-cash benefit Employees must make their voucher selection by the 25th calendar day of the month. The vouchers are available from the 1st of the following month. Subsequent or retroactive provision after the benefit month has expired is excluded.
Mobility benefit The monthly budget is individually set by you as the employer – there is no prescribed limit from Hrmony. Employees submit their receipts via the Hrmony App; reimbursement is made through the payroll in the following month.
Internet allowance The monthly limit is a maximum of €50 and is set by the employer. Employees submit proof once – after that, reimbursement runs automatically every month.

In the Hrmony Admin Portal you can:
- Configure and assign benefits for new employees
- Adjust existing configurations at any time
- Update employee data
- Pause benefits if necessary (e.g., parental leave, long-term illness)
