You can submit an unlimited number of receipts per month. However, a few important rules apply for reimbursement.

What else you should know
- Automatic prioritisation: Hrmony automatically selects the receipts with the highest amounts – ensuring you always reach the maximum possible reimbursement.
- Monthly limit reached: Once the limit of 15 reimbursement days has been reached, further receipts from already included days can no longer be reimbursed. They will be marked as "Monthly limit reached" in the app.
- Submission deadline: Receipts must be submitted by the end of the month they were issued. Receipts from previous months cannot be reimbursed.
How to submit receipts
You can submit receipts in two ways:
- 📱 Via the Hrmony app
- 📧 By email
After uploading, your receipt will appear under "Open receipts" with the status "In Review" and will then be checked and recorded by Hrmony.
