What does Hrmony provide?
Onboarding materials After the initial exchange or kick-off with your contact person, you will receive various materials that make it easier for you to introduce the digital benefits.
Customizable documents Some documents are provided to you in open file formats (e.g., PowerPoint), so you can adapt the design and content to your corporate design.

Contract templates Hrmony provides you free of charge with templates for addendum agreements to the employment contract as well as company agreements for the use of benefits.
Virtual support Upon request, our Customer Success Team will present Hrmony virtually for you – directly to your employees.
Your duties as an employer
As an employer, you are obligated to inform your employees about the following points:
- The provision and use of the benefits
- The associated legal requirements (e.g., from the EStG and the wage tax guidelines)
- The obligation to create a free Hrmony account in the Hrmony app – without this, the processing of the benefits is not possible
Inviting employees
Via the Hrmony Admin Portal, you can send your employees an invitation link to join your organization and create their Hrmony account.
